Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our finance team as a Deputy Controller with the ability and desire for upward mobility. The Deputy Controller will be instrumental in leveraging modern technology and implementing streamlined processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technology Integration:

• • Lead the integration and optimization of financial software and technologies to streamline accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement and enhance automated financial systems.

• Data Analytics:

• • Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.

• Process Automation:

• • Identify opportunities for process automation within the finance department, reducing manual efforts and improving accuracy.
  • Implement robotic process automation (RPA) where applicable to enhance operational efficiency.

• Cloud-Based Solutions:

• • Drive the transition to cloud-based financial platforms, ensuring data security, accessibility, and scalability.

• Streamlined Reporting:

Education, Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on implementing modern technologies and streamlined processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing financial systems and technologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based financial platforms and process automation tools.
• 3-5 years’ experience required.
